Why Yoga? 

What does YOGA mean?

The word yoga, from the Sanskrit word yuj means to yoke or bind and is often interpreted as “union” or a method of discipline

What is YOGA?

Yoga is breath control, simple meditation and bodily postures which is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Why I fell for YOGA? 

I've been practicing yoga on and off for 10 years but it was after I was recovering from a running injury that forced me to slow down and I started to practice 3xs a week that I noticed the mental change occur.   My busy mind was able to switch off  and I felt connected and more in tune with my body.   I felt space opening up in hidden pockets of the muscles and I started making healthy lifestyle choices and became more mindful. 

Yoga really is magic.
